July 11, 1961 ~ June 24, 2018 (age 56)

Terri Lynn Boskovich passed away on Sunday, June 24th after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and a wonderful friend. She was known for her deep commitment to her family, unyielding positivity, fierce determination to help others, and her selfless nature.

Terri was born in San Jose, CA. She graduated from Presentation High School, and attended Loyola Marymount University and Santa Clara University. She married her husband, Peter, at age 20 and immediately began building her beautiful family. Terri raised two boys and three girls all of whom were only five years apart in age.  Along with spending time with her family, she loved long summer days at the beach, watching movies, trips to Tahoe and Hawaii, and volunteering. Terri volunteered at Good Samaritan Hospital, where her children and grandchildren were born, assisting in the NICU and patient services. She was an active member of the Catholic Church and instilled the faith in her children.

Terri is survived by her loving husband, Peter; devoted children Sarah Villalobos (Nick), Peter Boskovich, Mark Boskovich (Christie), Rachel Lusich (Matthew), and Rebecca Mompoint (Anthony); and grandchildren Rudy Boskovich, Joseph Boskovich, Steven Villalobos, and James Villalobos. She is also survived by her mother, Jeanette Machado, and her siblings Ken Machado, Bob Machado, John Machado, Cheri Machado-Knapp, and Jim Machado. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Friends and family are invited to a funeral service at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church at 219 Bean Avenue, Los Gatos, at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 30th.  Terri was by nature an altruistic person that frequently gave back to numerous charities. The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers donations be made in her honor to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
