Stanley Joe Shoffner passed away on Friday, June 5th, 2020 in San Jose, CA at the age of 64.
Stanley was born on July 27th, 1955, in Carlsbad, New Mexico to his late parents Clarence Edward and Pearlie Louise Shoffner. He was the younger sibling to Edward Shoffner and older brother to sister Phyllis Riggins. He was a loving father to his two sons Jeremy and Joel Shoffner and was excited to be a grandfather to Dylon, Cole, Kai, McKenna and Molly.
He graduated from Andrew Lick High School and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for four years in Cape Canaveral, FL where he developed his long time skill as an expert plumber. After his service in Florida, Stanley moved back to California to start his plumbing career. Stanley worked at Bamsi Inc. on the NASA base for 25 years along with his own side business as a talented plumber. He was always good with his hands and knew how to fix anything. His servant’s heart often put others' needs before his own. He loved others well and would always be available to lend an ear, a shoulder and a hand to anyone.
His preferred choice of transportation was his motorcycle. His passion to go on rides with his friends was a priority and he would always be up for a ride regardless of the weather. One of his favorite rides, the Redwood Run, would glide him through the towering redwoods and soon enough lifelong memories. He held his friends close to his heart and would do anything for any one of them.
Stanley was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He cherished his friendships and treasured time with his family.
