Nancy Domich passed into the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ, peacefully on October 31, 2021 surrounded by her three children and her husband, at the age of 67.
Nancy had a rare disease that caused her to receive a double lung transplant. After approx. 2.8 years from the date of her transplant, Nancy's lungs and body began to fail. Stanford did everything in their power to turn the tide, yet the strength of her body was unable to overcome this challenge. Nancy never went to bed without praying for the donator, and the donators family's and all her doctors, nurses and staff.
Nancy Kephart was born in Flemington, New Jersey on August 10, 1954, the 5th child of Richard and Constance Kephart. Nancy loved her three brothers and four sisters Wayne Kephart, Neal Kephart, Charmaine Dudevoir, Karen Towns and Diane Bancroft. Both Blair Kephart and Bernadette Biel precede her in passing. Nancy was married to the love of her life, Richard for 36 years. The pride of her life were her three children, Jason, Courtney and Whitney. Nancy loved FaceTiming with her precious three grandchildren; Aviana, Adeline and Landon. They were indeed the final great love of her life and reason for living.
Nancy began her 40 year real estate career as a commercial leasing agent with J.R. Parrish in Santa Cruz, CA. She ended her career with Old Republic Title (her favorite workplace) in 2018 after 12 years. Nancy was elected President of the Women's Council of Realtors in 2003, SCC Affiliate of the yr. 2005, SILVAR affiliate of the yr. 2013, and many more awards. Nancy was known for her outstanding leadership, thoughtfulness toward others and her desire to help those people less fortunate then herself.
