Frances A. von Schoeler was born June 18, 1925 in Detroit, MI.
After high school she worked for Chance Vought during WW2 and the USO serving coffee, donuts and dancing with GI’s on leave and recuperating from wounds. She met her husband Waldemar on a bowling league when he was a substitute for a sick member and they were married in Dec, 1950. They had 4 children and was a housewife and mother until the mid 1970’s. She went on to have a successful career as an Executive Administrative Assistant for different companies until her retirement in 1993 at age 68. She loved to play golf, travel, visit Casinos and enjoyed the beach. She also loved to play bridge and volunteer with her friends at the Cupertino Senior Center.
She was preceded in death by Waldemar and her younger brother Robert Wilson, Navy pilot who lost his life in Vietnam in 1968. She is survived by her daughter Regina Frost, 3 sons Erich, Robert & Randall. 13 Grandchildren & 17 Great Grandchildren. Frances will continue to be dearly loved and now greatly missed.”
