Cameron Voly, age 36, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2021 surrounded by close family after a courageous battle with cancer. Cameron was born on September 25, 1985 to his parents Quentin Vo and Christina Ly in San Jose, California. He poured his life into the San Jose community where he graduated from San Jose State University, pursued various business ventures, and built a career in the tech industry.
Cameron inspired others with his ambition and entrepreneurial spirit. He had numerous hobbies, including going to the gym, barbecuing at the beach, and watching the Warriors play. He enjoyed playing with Logan and watching cheesy reality shows with Sally. Above all, he was someone who would do anything for his family and friends. Cameron will be remembered most by his positive energy, affirming nature, and the way he brought out the best in those around him. Those who knew Cameron will never forget how his smile lit up every room and the way he made people feel.
He is survived by his wife Sally, his 17 month old daughter Logan, his parents Quentin Vo and Christina Ly, and his siblings Tin and Cynthia.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, November 18 at 4pm at Darling & Fischer Campbell Memorial Chapel on East Campbell Avenue. The funeral service will begin at 6pm. Masks required indoors regardless of vaccination status.
