Beverly was born in Santa Cruz, California, and graduated from Lincoln High School. Beverly started her career as a travel agent in the 60's and went on to have a successful career, eventually owning Classic Hawaii in San Jose with her husband, Ed Murison. She moved to Pebble Beach to retire where she loved playing tennis and golf. She went on to be known as Madam Prez, the first and only female president of Monterey Peninsula Country Club. She also loved going out to listen to live music and relaxing at home with good music and a nice glass of red wine.
Beverly is survived by her sister, Jean Smith and her brother, Don Hutchison, her grandsons, Justin and Mark Douglas, and her great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her step-children, Mike Murison and Gail Battaglia, stepson-in-law Jim Battaglia, five step-grandchildren, Ben, Chris, and Ryan Battaglia and Jessica and Ashley Murison and seven step-great grandchildren.
